• New HSG TS2 Laser Tube Maximizes Tube Profile Processing. Minimizes Costs (Jun 17, 2025)
  HSG Laser’s new TS2 Laser Tube is a high-performance and high throughput tube profile processing system that minimizes labor costs. It streamlines tube fabrication for a wide range of manufacturing and production requirements by combining speed, intelligent automation, and precision tube cut processing with automated material handling. The TS2 processes tube profiles from materials including mild steel, aluminum, copper, brass, and galvanized materials.
  The TS2 is equipped with powerful 3kW and 6kW fiber laser options to cut fast and clean, reducing material waste while increasing overall productivity. It supports round tubes from 12 mm to 273 mm (0.47” - 10.75”), cutting structural steel components to high-precision tubing. It easily adapts to any production requirement with efficiency and quality.
  The TS2 provides full engineered automation. By automating labor-intensive processes, fabricators reduce costs and accelerate production cycles, while maintaining high production speeds and consistent quality.
  Powered by HSG’s DYNAMIC+ cutting technologies, every cut is accurate, efficient, and optimized for maximum performance. • HSG’s HC Electro Hydraulic Servo Bending Machine Automates Complex Techni (Jun 17, 2025)
  Addison, IL … HSG’s HC Electro Hydraulic Servo Bending Machine automates complex technical parameters; including bending force, main motor power, rapid descent and working speed, the number of CNC axes, equipment weight, and fuel tank capacity. It utilizes a Netherland DA-53T control system to automatically calculate, compensate, position and correct bending parameters; integrates an automatic compensation system for mechanical deflection; has a back gauge positioning system; and offers users an optional bending follow-up trolley. The Bending Machine is constructed on a highly ridged heavy-duty frame.
  
  The HSG HC Electro Hydraulic Bending Machine utilizes the Netherland DA-53T control system to automatically calculate and correct bending angles and back gauges, make mass bending possible, and deliver main pressure and deflection compensation programming. The control system also enables wireless interconnection via desktop or notebook computer.
  
  The HSG Bending Machine integrates an automatic compensation system for mechanical deflection. It can control bending station movement laterally and vertically; calculate compensation based on length, thickness and angle of bending workpiece; and take accurate control of compensation precision with of a high-precision potentiometer.
  
  The Bending Machine’s back gauge positioning system utilizes servo motor drives to move backward, forward, up, and down. It has back gauges that can extend four axes or six axes for easy bending. It also has a positioning system that can configure four positioning fingers to prevent materials from sagging and defects caused by any error.
  
  HSG’s Electro Hydraulic Servo Bending Machine sits on a highly ridged heavy-duty welded frame using high-quality carbon steel to prevent frame deformation and provide precision. An optional bending follow-up trolley is available to reduce bending difficulty and achieve mass production. An optional safety light curtain is also available.

  Addison, IL … HSG Lasers new GH Series delivers high-power laser cutting up to 60kW, enabling users to cut carbon stee up to 3.54 inches (100mm), stainless steel up 4.72 inches (120mm) and aluminum up to 3.54 inches (90mm) with superior edge quality. Smart piercing technology ensures efficient processing of thick materials with reduced slag and minimal rework. Dual beam spot technology and beam shaper modules adapt automatically for thin-to-thick material transitions. The GH Series runs on HSG’s new Alpha T Pro Bus System; a smart robust control platform designed for its ease of use. With a touchscreen interface and smartphone-style navigation, operators can count on a laser cutting system that is as easy to use an iPad. The user-friendly Alpha T Pro simplifies cutting while providing advanced laser cutting.
  
  The GH Series is equipped with advanced AT + Visual Edge Detection technology, automatically recognizing sheet contour while reducing production waiting time and labor costs. With AR+ Visual Residual Functionality, it can automatically identify remaining materials on the board and plan optimal cutting paths to maximize residual materials and reduce material waste. The GH Series features a standard 10-foot by 5-foot standard bed size, is fully enclosed with a dust extraction system.
