(June 9, 2025) – KOCH Finishing Systems, a leader in barrel plating and finishing system solutions for industrial applications, is pleased to announce the launch of its latest product offering: the hexagonal barrel (hex barrel). Designed for superior performance in plating small parts, the hex barrel represents an advancement in barrel plating technology, enhancing agitation and efficiency in process tanks.

  The hex barrel offers several key features designed to enhance plating efficiency. Its hexagonal shape promotes improved agitation, leading to better fluid dynamics and enhanced chemical interaction during the plating process. Unlike conventional barrels, the hex barrel features a one-piece shell design that minimizes the risk of weld failures, ensuring both longevity and reliability. Additionally, customers can choose from various customizable perforation patterns to meet specific operational needs. The hex barrel is also available in multiple dimensions, catering to diverse production requirements.
