• Mate Precision Technologies Features Expanded Press Brake Tooling Line, Cus (Sep 05, 2025)
  Anoka, Minnesota: The latest Mate fabrication solutions are at FABTECH Chicago in Booth A2940, September 8-11, 2025. Mate fabrication specialists will be on hand to demonstrate the features and benefits of the full line of punching, bending and laser solutions. 
  
  Mate's primary focus at FABTECH Chicago will be on its expanded American Precision, European Precision and Wila Trumpf-style press brake tooling lines. In American Precision Style tooling, Mate added 13 punch and die profiles available in standard lengths, as well as Mate’s unique Buy-By-The-Inch program. Next, Mate added more than 30 European Precision punch and die profiles to its already extensive product offering. These punch and die profiles are 120mm and 60mm in height, respectively, making them compatible with AFH Fixed Height Tooling. Further, Mate added 24 Wila Trumpf-style punch and die profiles, including a hemming punch and die. These Wila Trumpf-style dies have angles of 30°, 60°, and 86°, with a height of 100mm. Punches for all three press brake tooling styles include acute, sash, gooseneck and blade profiles.
  
  Finally, Mate added eight Wila Trumpf-style products to its CleanBend™ line in Trumpf-style sizes. Featuring inserts with 60-62 HRC hardness, Mate offers a variety of V-Openings ranging between 8mm and 78mm, as well as one with an adjustable V-Opening of 40mm to 80mm.
  
  In addition to standard press brake tooling, Mate will also showcase a number of custom press brake solutions that it developed in conjunction with its customers. Custom press brake tooling solutions are designed to accomplish complex sheet geometry with maximum efficiency. Special applications are available to suit American Precision, European Precision, and Wila Trumpf-style press environments.
