Bystronic Brings “Solutions as Unique as Your Business” to Your Fabrication Floor at FABTECH 2026
Hoffman Estates, IL, July 28, 2026– Bystronic will showcase a broad range of sheet metal processing solutions at FABTECH 2026, October 21–23 at the Las Vegas Convention Center. Visitors to Booth C3408 will see equipment for laser cutting, tube processing, bending and automation, along with software and service tools designed to support stronger production performance.
Under the theme “Solutions as unique as your business,” Bystronic will focus on a challenge every fabricator understands: getting quality parts through the shop faster without adding unnecessary complexity.
Each featured system addresses a different production need.
Bystronic sales and applications experts will be available throughout the show to explain how the equipment, software and service offerings can support specific materials, part requirements, batch sizes and production goals. Visitors can explore individual systems, compare automation options and discuss how each solution could fit within their own operation.
“Fabricators are being asked to produce more, maintain exacting quality standards and respond faster to changing customer demands,” said Kevin McAllister, President, Region Americas, Bystronic. “Our role is to help them make confident technology decisions that support those goals. At FABTECH, we’re giving customers the chance to see these systems up close, ask questions and find the right fit for their operation.”
A laser system configured around the work
The ByCut laser system gives fabricators a flexible platform that can be configured around their materials, applications and production goals. Available with up to 30 kW of laser power, the system offers five individually combinable performance packages rather than forcing every customer into the same machine configuration.
Shops can prioritize the capabilities that matter most to their operation, including cutting performance, part quality, process autonomy and operator convenience.
The result is a laser system designed for the work the customer runs today, with room to respond as production requirements change.

Tube cutting without the production bottlenecks
The ByTube Star 130 automates tube and profile processing from material loading through cutting and unloading. It processes a broad range of metals, closed tubes, open profiles and special shapes while reducing the setup work and manual handling that slow production between jobs.
Automatic centering, clamping and material handling support consistent cutting results, even as part designs and production schedules change.
For fabricators looking to add tube-processing capacity, the ByTube Star 130 offers a focused solution for moving raw material toward finished components with fewer manual steps.

Three approaches to faster, more flexible bending
Bystronic will also feature three bending systems that address different part sizes, batch requirements and levels of automation.
The ByBend Star 80 is a compact, mobile press brake designed for small- and medium-sized parts. Its portable design gives manufacturers another option for adding bending capacity without dedicating a large area of the shop floor to smaller components.

The Mobile Bending Cell brings on-demand automation to the compact ByBend Star 40 and ByBend Star 80. It switches from manual to automated bending in less than 10 minutes and can move wherever capacity is needed, including confined spaces. The six-axis robot handles large series automatically, while operators can use the press brake manually for complex small batches. BySoft CAM Robot and BySoft Cell Control Bend support offline programming and automated control of the bending process.

For demanding applications, the Xpert Pro 150 combines high-performance bending with faster setup and precise angle control. Its modular design allows the press brake to be adapted as production needs change, helping shops maintain consistent results from the first bend forward.

Together, the three systems show that bending automation does not need to be an all-or-nothing decision. Fabricators can select the level of speed, capacity and automation that fits their current workload.
Connect the office to the shop floor
Machines produce parts. Information keeps the operation on schedule.
BySoft Suite connects estimating, order management, programming, production planning and machine data within one software environment. Teams gain a clearer view of what is scheduled, what is running and where action is needed.
That connection reduces the gaps between quoting a job, preparing it for production and delivering the finished part.
BySoft Suite also supports mixed production environments, allowing fabricators to strengthen existing operations without replacing every system at once.
At FABTECH, Bystronic experts will explain how the software supports planning, visibility and decision-making across the production process.

Service access that does not stop at installation
The customer relationship does not end when a machine is installed.
Bystronic Service supports equipment throughout its operating life through maintenance, repairs, upgrades, training, spare parts, consumables and digital services.
The myBystronic customer portal brings machine and service information into one central digital platform. Customers can access technical documents, service reports, service history, support cases and spare-parts resources.
The portal also includes tools for ordering spare and wear parts, checking order information and tracking shipments.
When a machine needs attention, the production team needs answers quickly. myBystronic puts the information closer to the people responsible for keeping production on track.
