voestalpine Böhler Welding, a leading manufacturer and worldwide supplier of welding consumables, is once more demonstrating its focus on customer proximity with its latest $25 million investment in a welding consumables manufacturing facility in Portage, Indiana. Starting in 2019, customers are now able to source Böhler Welding unalloyed and stainless cored wires, as well as unalloyed flux cored wires "Made in USA" from our new facility. Further positive effects of the new production facility are shorter delivery times and an optimized warehouse location strategy. This new facility creates more than 50 new jobs on the nearly 150,000-square-foot site.

    Ideal for horizontal and flat fillet welds. This wire is designed for minimum oxide residues permitting the welding of multiple passes without the need for interpass cleaning.
