    inner rings of varying heights and thicknesses to provide superior vibration dampening

  • The IEC Saucer BaseTM RuggedizedTM Light Duty (RLD) Swivel Glides have a curved bottom edge design for improved sliding capability and are ideal for light to medium duty, high volume applications. The RLD series glides use advanced 3D engineering design and composite materials to create a rugged glide, lowering the manufacturing costs of this product family. These RLD glides incorporate many features requested by commercial and retail customers. They come standard with your choice of Top-A-JustTM features: Internal top allen-drive broached hex (-BR) or external top slotted hex (-HX-SL) for a socket or open end wrench. Eight (8) nylon base sizes to choose from: 3/4” to 4”, 1/2” thick with 15 degree swivel from centerline. Steel stud with black trivalent zinc plating. Base available in black, wood brown and metallic gray colors.

    Also available with a fixed (rigid) stud.

    The steel stud has trivalent clear zinc plating. Also available with a steel female socket
    with 1/2-13 or 3/8-16 thread, or a thru-hole to fit a 5/16” or smaller screw to attach to
    your equipment or furniture. The base can be produced in various colors (brown, tan,
    gray, etc.) upon request. Just let us know your requirements and we will work with you.
