Designed to counter the common issue of “work hardening” effect and disappointing performance on many stainless steel components/weldments, Mastercut Tool’s new NX Series Burs utilize a unique approach to reducing heat input while providing an impressive increase on Material Removal Rates with reduced operator fatigue.

The NX Series Burs are available in shapes A, C, D, E, F, G, H, and L, and from 5/16” to ½” in diameter (metric 8mm to 12.7mm x 5 mm shank). Induction-mated to heavy duty polished alloy steel shanks and 100% NDT tested for solder joint integrity via computerized harmonic resonance testing ensure the ultimate in solder-joint integrity.
