    • The Sunkist Sectionizer was first developed in the 1940's.  It's only use at the time was to cut lemons into 6 or 8 equal sized wedges.  Today your sectionizer makes quick work of wedging, slicing, coring or halving fruits and vegetables into uniform pieces and you now have a choice of 10 Blade sets that are all interchangeable. All of the Sunkist products are NSF approved.
  • PRO SERIES SECTIONIZER
    The Sunkist Sectionizer, Pro-Series Sectionizer, Auto 90 and the new Auto 30 makes quick work of wedging, slicing, coring or halving fruits and vegetables into uniform pieces. All 10 Blade sets are interchangeable....

    • The new Pro-Series sectionizer was developed and placed into the market in 2008. The Pro-Series uses the same blade cups and plungers as the Sectionizer. The Pro-Series unit comes with  a 2.7 quart contariner. The unit can be pulled off of one container and placed onto another 2.7 quart container to slice, wedge, core or half multiple produce. Like the Sectionizer you have a  choice of 10 Blade sets that are all interchangeable. All of the Sunkist products are NSF approved.

    The Auto 90 is an automated version of our Commercial Sectionizer and can sectionize up to 90 pieces of produce in a minute....

It utilizes the same blade cups and plunger as our commercial and Pro-Series Sectionizers. This model is a stainless steel design and has bump and emergency stop switches.  Quick & Quick & Easy cleanup and NSF approved.

    The Auto 30 is a tabletop automated version of our Commercial Sectionizer and can sectionize up to 30 pieces of produce in a minute. It utilizes the same blade cups and plunger as our commercial and Pro-Series Sectionizers....

It also includes bump pads and an emergency stop switch. Rolling Cart is optional.  Quick & Easy cleanup, NSF, and UL approved.
