Maximize your presence at the 2026 AABB Annual Meeting with direct mail to registered attendees (opt-in only) or receive the registration list pre or post conference to better understand the AABB2026 audience. The registration list will be available exclusively to companies exhibiting at AABB2026.

Registration List Benefits/Options:

Direct Mailing Piece:

For a direct mailing piece, restrictions, terms, and conditions apply:

A PDF proof of the final mailing piece, including envelopes and any reply mechanisms, must be approved by AABB before the list will be provided.

The mailing list will be sent directly to sponsor’s preferred third-party mail house by AABB and is only acceptable for one-time use.

Sponsor will not have access or will be provided with this list. The list shall not be copied, reproduced, or used in an unauthorized manner.

The list renter understands that AABB does not guarantee, and shall not be responsible for, the success of the list renter’s mailing.

Sponsor is required to work directly with third party mail house on design, printing, and distribution date of mailer piece(s). Sponsor is responsible for all costs associated with direct mailer piece(s) with third party mailer.

There are limitations to the use of AABB’s name: “2026 AABB Annual Meeting” or “AABB2026” are acceptable. Use of AABB’s logo – including the AABB Annual Meeting logo – is strictly prohibited.

Instructions: After you have received your agreement and signed it to secure the mailing list, please complete the form below and return with your sample mailing piece for approval. Your request will NOT be processed without this signed form and sample mailing piece.

Registration List Reference Guide:
- Registration list will be provided directly to the sponsor for planning purposes that will include: First Name, Last Name, Title, Company, City, State, Country.
- No personal contact information will be included.
Email addresses will not be provided for any registration list.
Registration lists will only include AABB attendee registrants that have opted in to receive messaging.
Additional guidelines for use and rental apply.

AABB agrees to provide the 2026 AABB Annual Meeting pre- or post-meeting attendee registration mailing list to the party identified below (“List Renter”) solely for the use set forth in this Registration List Request Form Agreement, and subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. The List Renter acknowledges that the List and all the information on it are, and shall remain, the exclusive property of AABB.

The List Renter may not use the List for any purpose other than for the attached order, which must be submitted with a digital format sample-mailing piece for AABB’s written approval before the mailing list will be released. The sample mailing piece must be of professional value to the recipient and must not reference AABB in any way without prior written consent from AABB. If consent is granted, a copy of the consent must accompany the order.

List Use Limitations

AABB provides the List for ONE-TIME USE ONLY. The List Renter warrants that: (i) it will use the List only to accomplish a single mailing of the approved mailing piece; (ii) it will not reuse the List or use it for any purpose not specified on the Order Form; (iii) it will not copy or electronically reproduce the List, or sell, lease, or otherwise distribute it; (iv) it will not make any record of the names, addresses, or other information contained in the List; and, (v) it will not contact any person named on the List (or arrange for any other party to do so) without prior written consent from the AABB.

List Renter agrees that this list order is for a one‐time use only and is to be used only to send material herewith submitted for review on the date of the mailing specified herein. A separate order form must be submitted and approved before each list use. Neither the list nor excerpts thereof are to be duplicated, reproduced, reused, or transferred without AABB’s prior written authorization. List Renter understands that list orders are seeded with decoy names to detect unauthorized use. If unauthorized use is detected, List Renter agrees to pay, within ten business days of notification by AABB, 10 times the value of this list order as partial damages to AABB for breach of this Agreement. Additionally, AABB may pursue any other actions or remedies at law or in equity. Any lawsuit, claim, or other legal proceeding arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Maryland and brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in or covering Montgomery County, Maryland. List Renter agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located therein.

One (1) 6-ft networking table reserved in the exclusive Biotherapies Pavilion in the Exhibit Hall. *
- One (1) electrical drop at your table to utilize for your table setup, charging of devices and more.
- Opportunity to provide marketing/display materials, branded tablecloth, any equipment, and/or products and (1) standard pop-up banner OR (1) backdrop display for your table setup that fits within width of your 6ft table.
- One (1) optional company branded tabletop sign provided by AABB to designate your table location in the Biotherapies Pavilion.
Opportunity to invite key attendees to network with you in the Biotherapies Pavilion.
Front row access to the AABB Learning Theater programming including biotherapies content, sessions and/or exclusive events featured in the Biotherapies Pavilion occurring daily during the Exhibit Hall dates.
Work directly with the AABB marketing team to collaborate on marketing efforts to further exposure for your company participating in the Biotherapies Pavilion.
- Marketing promotions include:
  - Opportunity to be featured in one (1) monthly Biotherapies Pavilion participants round-up announcement article in AABB Newsfeed.
  - Opportunity to be featured in a short digital profile on a dedicated landing page, which will be included in Biotherapies Pavilion promotions which includes:
    - Company logo, 50-word maximum company description, and link to your company’s website.
  - Promotion of the article in AABB’s CellSource monthly biotherapies newsletter CellSource mention and tag in at least one (1) social media post featuring all Biotherapies Pavilion participants.
  - Featured as a “Biotherapies Company to Watch” to all 2026 AABB Annual Meeting attendees and AABB members in one (1) email invitation inviting attendees to the exclusive Biotherapies Pavilion and networking space.
Recognition on relevant on-site promotional signage, digital promotions, AABB website, and all marketing materials including the mobile app promoting the Biotherapies Pavilion.
Two (2) complimentary Exhibit Hall badges for company representatives to have access to Biotherapies Pavilion and Exhibit Hall space.
One (1) full 2026 AABB Annual Meeting registration, which includes access to AABB Cellular Starting Material (CSM) Forum.
The AABB Cellular Starting Material (CSM) Forum connects organizations involved in providing or procuring CSM for research and manufacturing of advanced therapies. CSM is used for a variety of novel biotherapies, including cellular therapy, gene and cell therapy and regenerative medicines.
Non-exclusive opportunity.

*Starting with 2026, AABB Biotherapies Pavilion tables can be purchased for a maximum of three (3) years. After this time, we encourage participants to move to standard exhibit booths near the AABB Biotherapies Pavilion. This excludes exhibitors with at least one 10x10 booth who also wish to have a table within the AABB Biotherapies Pavilion. Participation prior to 2026 will not be included in the maximum.

Biotherapies Connection Package Price: $3,500

This price does not include the additional add-on opportunity of the post-registration list listed below.

*This opportunity is available to companies who will not have a larger exhibit booth in the exhibit hall OR available to companies that currently have an exhibit booth and want to ADD on the Biotherapies Connection Package in addition to their exhibit booth. Companies that already have an exhibit booth can secure this package as an ADD ON for their presence in the exhibit hall, but they may not switch from an exhibit booth to a Biotherapies Connection Package only.

Opportunity to purchase a post-registration list to use as a reference guide to learn who attended the 2026 AABB Annual Meeting to better understand the AABB2026 audience. Review full opportunity listing and benefits.
