Private Meeting Rooms
Private meeting rooms are available to exhibitors for a separate environment to fit their needs that could include client, staff and/or board meetings, industry meetings, investigator meetings, hospitality suites, and more. Two (2) meeting room size options with standard room sets are available to book for various timeslots for a customized experience and will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Hurry, private meeting rooms are available for a limited time only!
- One (1) private meeting room exclusively reserved based on room size, set, and timeslot needs.
- One (1) initial standard room set included from two options available with optional housekeeping refresh upon request.
- Standard electric/power included with room set.
- Two (2) key fobs issued to secure the room (charges apply for any unreturned keys).
- Digital screen outside each room to feature company or meeting name up to 50 characters in text.
- If desired, opportunity for sponsor to provide easel and sponsor produced 22'x28" signage.
- Recognition on the ASE Scientific Sessions Sponsorship webpage.
*Audiovisual, electrical, catering, custom furnishings outside standard room set or additional services and costs will be the responsibility of the sponsor.
