Overall Participation Parameters/Criteria:

• Two-year participation limit
• Presentations contained to designated area
• Each participating company must comply with all FDA regulations. Contact the Division of Drug Marketing, Advertising and Communications at 888-463-6332 with any questions on Food and Drug Administration guidelines

Start-Up Company Participation Parameters/Criteria:

• Early-stage/growth-stage startups that have validated their technology but are still pre-commercial or in early commercial phases.
• Company is a legally formed entity
• Company’s primary product or service is relevant to healthcare
• Company has been in existence fewer than 5 years
• Company has less than $1 million in sales
• The product or service displayed must be the company’s primary business
