After the priority point deadline, booths will be assigned on a first come first served order. If a booth space opens up due to cancellation or downsizing, we will contact previously assigned exhibitors in priority point order with the option to change locations.
However, after March 18, 2024, exhibitors will be responsible for viewing the current floorplan on the website and contacting Exhibit Management with a request to move. Any opening that happens after March 18, 2024 (8 weeks from the first move-in date), will be assigned on a first come first served basis to any new exhibitor or any existing exhibitor who contacts Exhibit Management with a request.
