  • Thursday, May 16, 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Friday, May 17 & Saturday, May 18, 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Sunday, May 19, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Rooms are located outside the Exhibit Hall but within the convention center; configuration and location options on each level of the convention center (options available on a first come, first served basis)
• Keyed doors – 4 keys are provided (failure to return keys will result in a $100 fine per key)
• One complimentary room set when using standard convention center furnishings (due 45 days prior to meeting; room set options: Hollow Square, U-Shape, School Room, Theater, Banquet Rounds)
• Complimentary use of existing wall outlets not to exceed wattage limits.
• One (1) double-sided 22" x 28" sign outside room with company name and logo
• Sponsor is responsible for any other costs associated to space, such as catering, room sets, additional furnishings, utility services, and audio visual.
