Benefits:

One-time sponsor-designed HTML format email deployment to all opted-in registrants of Heart Rhythm 2024 (list is opt in by HRS attendees at time of registration)
Sponsor will not receive the email list themselves – all contact information is controlled by the official Heart Rhythm Society list house to ensure privacy.
Sponsor will self-select desired email deployment date and timeframe from available dates offered 3 weeks leading up to meeting and 2 weeks following meeting.
The sponsor self-manages submission of eblast content which will be approved by HRS via the list house vendor prior to deployment.
Sponsor will have the opportunity to view and approve the eblast before deployment.

Rhythm Theaters

Sponsorship

Rhythm Theaters are a tremendous opportunity to educate and increase interaction with professional attendees by hosting promotional presentations during the scheduled Exhibit Hall hours. Located on the Exhibit Hall floor, Rhythm Theaters will run one hour in length, and will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.

Benefits:

Audio/visual package + stage set for up to five presenters.

PRIOR to the presentation date all speakers must upload their presentation into the #HRS2024 presentation management system; presentations will be accessible via the PC laptop provided at the Rhythm Theater

In-person seating for approximately 150 attendees based on current guidelines with additional space for standing

Lead data will be provided to sponsor post-meeting

Light food and beverage service will be provided within Rhythm Theater area, selections made by Heart Rhythm Society

Pre-meeting and onsite promotions of Rhythm Theater schedule; including listing in the onsite printed meeting guide, Online Planner, Mobile App, HeartRhythm.com, and onsite signage.

Link to sponsor’s advertisement of Rhythm Theater featured presentation included on company’s #HRS2024 Mobile App exhibitor listing (link must be hosted by sponsor in required size and format)

Inclusion of Rhythm Theater programming in engagement emails, including daily meeting highlights sent to registered scientific attendees leading up to and during Heart Rhythm 2024; distribution at the discretion of Heart Rhythm Society

Optional Marketing Enhancement: With the purchase of a Rhythm Theater timeslot, sponsor is entitled to receive 50% off an Industry Partner Email Deployment or Pre-Meeting Registration Engagement Email Banner Ad, limited inventory available for these options
Capture of presentation to include camera feed and slides provided to sponsor for own use post meeting.
Presentation recordings will be available on-demand approximately 24 hours after the session concludes viewable through conclusion of the Online Experience. Lead data will be provided to sponsors 1-2 weeks after the first 30 days of the Online Experience on-demand activity; data will not be provided beyond the first 30 days of on-demand hosting.

Note: Rhythm Theater presenters do not receive complimentary registration. HRS appointed faculty receive a 75% discount off their standard registration rates. Please check with your presenter(s) regarding their registration needs for Heart Rhythm 2024.

Funds will be applied toward your Infinity Circle contribution.

These sessions are not approved for accredited continuing education (ACE) credit.

Sponsorships will be recognized via text in print pieces containing ACE (formerly CME) programming/content as per ACCME guidelines.

A Satellite Symposium is defined as an educational session peripheral to the Heart Rhythm 2024 educational program designed to meet the continuing education needs of the heart rhythm community. Position your company as a thought leader in your therapeutic area. Satellite Symposia may be offered as an ACE activity or non-ACE activity.

Dates and times are available leading up to and during #HRS2024, from May 14 – May 19, 2024.
