• Booking interview participants:
  • Company Representative Interviewer: You may opt to have a representative from your company conduct the interview
  • HRS Leader Interview: Alternatively, you can choose to have a selected HRS volunteer leader to conduct the interview. Sponsor selects a first and second choice from the following list of HRS volunteer leaders to conduct your interview: https://www.hrsonline.org/about-us/structure-and-governance/board-trustees.

The Skills Training Sessions are hands-on educational programs presented by industry that provide Heart Rhythm attendees with the opportunity to become more adept and familiar with technologies, procedures, and best practices in the field.

This is your opportunity to not only showcase your product as a leading use-case but also to place your product into the hands of those eager to learn, while using your equipment. Engage with electrophysiologist professionals in a small-group educational setting while demonstrating how your technology is uniquely able to fill their needs.

Program Information:

• The Skills Training Area is in the Exhibit Hall with three dedicated skills training session locations.
• Each Skills Training Sponsorship includes access to a dedicated space in the Exhibit Hall to run sessions during package option purchased (see below pricing and details).
• Sessions should be designed to accommodate no more than 25 learners per workshop as these are intimate hands-on learning experiences. We recommend no more than a 6 to 1 learner to instructor ratio.
• Session duration must be at least thirty minutes, and no more than 90 minutes. Sessions may not begin until at least 15 minutes after hall opens and must end at least 15 minutes prior to hall closes, to allow attendees to get to/from the area while the hall is open.
• The HRS education team will review programming and provide feedback where necessary; prior approval of programming is required before mobile app and registration launch but not before purchase.

The Heart Rhythm Society Women in EP Working Group develops the Women in EP luncheon program, bringing together prominent women leaders, celebrating other women, and discussing the tough questions concerning women in EP.
