The Skills Training Sessions are hands-on educational programs presented by industry that provide Heart Rhythm attendees with the opportunity to become more adept and familiar with technologies, procedures, and best practices in the field.

This is your opportunity to not only showcase your product as a leading use-case but also to place your product into the hands of those eager to learn, while using your equipment. Engage with electrophysiologist professionals in a small-group educational setting while demonstrating how your technology is uniquely able to fill their needs.

Program Information:

• The Skills Training Area is in the Exhibit Hall with six dedicated skills training session locations.
• Each Skills Training Sponsorship includes access to a dedicated space in the Exhibit Hall to run sessions during package option purchased (see below pricing and details).
• Sessions should be designed to accommodate no more than 25 learners per workshop as these are intimate hands-on learning experiences. We recommend no more than a 6 to 1 learner to instructor ratio.
• Session duration must be at least thirty minutes, and no more than 90 minutes. Sessions may not begin until at least 15 minutes after hall opens and must end at least 15 minutes prior to hall closes, to allow attendees to get to/from the area while the hall is open.
• The HRS education team will review programming and provide feedback where necessary; prior approval of programming is required before mobile app and registration launch but not before purchase.

Support wellness in the EP community by hosting the Wellbeing Challenge during Heart Rhythm 2025. With the help of a custom-developed Heka Health app, attendees will be given the opportunity to sign up and take part in the #HRS2025 Wellbeing Challenge (the Challenge). The Challenge encourages attendees to engage in wellness activities and a step challenge community goal with an individual competition with peers while they explore exhibits, get to sessions, and explore San Diego from Embarcadero to the Gaslamp Quarter.

The Challenge goal is to encourage attendees to walk 30,000 steps over the course of the conference. For every participant that reaches that goal, the sponsor makes a $30 donation up to a max of $50,000* (negotiable). HRS will be awarding #HRS2026 registration and housing prizes to the top stepper and two randomly selected participants who reach the 30,000-step goal.

The Heart Rhythm Society will introduce a group challenge for all attendees to band together to rack up 50M steps by the end of the meeting. If we hit our goal, HRS will donate a portion of the sponsor’s donation to a local charity (chosen charity at the discretion of HRS).

• Pre-meeting and onsite promotions of the Challenge; including callouts in the onsite printed meeting guide and onsite signage to include Challenge app download instructions and sponsor logo recognition.
• Inclusion of Challenge in engagement emails, including daily meeting highlights sent to registered scientific attendees leading up to and during Heart Rhythm 2025; distribution at the discretion of Heart Rhythm Society.
• Announcements of the #HRS2025 Wellbeing Challenge will be included in a mobile app notification and social media post during #HRS2025 to include sponsorship recognition in text; deployment dates/times at the discretion of HRS.
• Badge stickers with sponsor logo available to Challenge participants; participants can go to registration or sponsor’s booth to receive their badge sticker.
• Optional Sponsors Activations: 
  • Option 1: Sponsor may provide sign-up assistance, handout branded badge stickers, and host an LCD Leaderboard within Sponsor’s booth.
  • Option 2: Sponsor may request a table at registration for Challenge sign-up promotion and information. Table may be draped with corporate branding. Table, two chairs, and branded badge stickers and signage will be provided by HRS. Sponsor responsible for staffing table. Sponsor may handout a promotional item at table; item must be preapproved by HRS; production, shipping, and distribution of handouts are the responsibility of sponsor.
  • Option 3: Lead retrieval device(s) may be used by sponsor staff in booth or at registration sign-up table. Lead machines responsibility of sponsor to procure and manage. Lead information to be provided to HRS for participation tracking purposes during and post-event.
• Challenge results included in the wrap-up email deployed on Monday after the close of the meeting to all attendees to include sponsorship recognition.
• Announcement of the Challenge results will be included in a social media post after the close of #HRS2025 to include sponsorship recognition in text; deployment date/time at the discretion of HRS.
