Benefits:

• One-time sponsor-designed HTML format email deployment to all opted-in registrants of Heart Rhythm 2027 (list is opt-in by HRS attendees at time of registration)
• Sponsor will not receive the email list themselves – all contact information is controlled by the official Heart Rhythm Society list house to ensure privacy
• Sponsor will self-select desired email deployment date and timeframe from available dates offered within purchased deployment window (see options below)
• The sponsor self-manages submission of eblast content which will be approved by HRS via the list house vendor prior to deployment
• Sponsor will have the opportunity to view and approve the eblast before deployment
• Please Note: All marketing materials are subject to approval prior to distribution and must display the required disclaimer(s).

Price:

• February 2, 2027 – April 20, 2027, one per day, Tuesdays and Thursdays only: $2,000
• April 21, 2027 – May 12, 2027, two times per day, 3 weeks leading up to meeting: $4,500 
• May 17, 2027 – May 28, 2027, two times per day, ~2 weeks following meeting: $3,250
• June 1, 2027 – July 29, 2027, one per day, Tuesdays and Thursdays only: $2,500

All promotional placements, including final digital/print content design and specific email, social, or web deployment dates, remain at the sole discretion of the Heart Rhythm Society.

The Heart Rhythm Society reserves the right to revise any aspect of sponsorships to preserve the integrity and professional atmosphere of the meeting.

Sponsorships will be recognized via text in print pieces containing ACE (formerly CME) programming/content as per ACCME guidelines.

The Heart Rhythm Society is NOT responsible for technical interruptions to digital presentations.
