Sponsor required to provide appropriate quantity of materials per night/hotel and is responsible for costs for design, printing, and shipment of inserts to each hotel. All inserts must be approved by WCPCSS prior to production and shipping. WCPCCS will make every effort to instruct participating hotels on the proper distribution instructions, both in writing and a personal visit to the front desk manager prior to the start of the meeting. However, WCPCCS cannot guarantee 100% distribution to all attendees staying in selected hotels. Refunds will not be issued if the supporter receives anecdotal evidence of non-distribution.

Opportunity to select one (1) specimen lesion per day of your choosing to sponsor the specific lesion session.

Specimen stations will be setup daily in 102AB of the Walter E. Washington Convention Center focused on a particular lesion/defect. This is an opportunity for a sponsor to partner with WCPCCS for an informal hands-on specimen demonstration with an expert anatomist to monitor and provide instruction/feedback.
