Pre and post congress eBlasts are effective tools to communicate with attendees prior to and after WCPCCS. Get your message out by utilizing the WCPCCS pre-registration list* for email deployment. Availability to select pre or post deployment dates.

Benefits:

One-time usage of email list for sponsor-designed HTML format email deployment to all opted-in registrants of WCPCCS 2023.

Renter will not receive the email list themselves – all contact information is controlled by the official WCPCCS vendor to ensure privacy.

Renter will self-select email transmission date from available date/timeslots.

Renter self-manages submission of eblast content which will be approved by WCPCCS via the vendor prior to deployment.

Renter will have the opportunity to view and approve the eblast before deployment.

*Registration list will include attendees who opted into sharing their personal information only. All mailings will be distributed through WCPCCS preferred vendor. Sponsors will not receive the list directly.

Enhance your presence and use education strategies to advance your marketing goals with a Satellite Symposium. These Satellite Symposia may be hosted by institutions, societies, industry companies, or medical education companies, and they may be offered with ACE or can be Non-ACE.

Benefits:

One (1) meeting room with standard room set and specific attendee capacity for timeslot selected unless otherwise noted.

Standard Audio/Visual Package:

Includes: (1) Screen, (1) projector, (1) podium with podium microphone, (2) floor stand microphones, adaptors for laptops and power.
Note: If supporter would like a panel discussion or additional AV equipment, they will be responsible for any additional items to accommodate panel speakers and cover all costs for any additional AV needs.

Listing included in Know Before You Go promotional email prior to the start of WCPCCS to help attendees plan their event (if corporate satellite symposium information provided by Friday, June 9, 2023).**

Listing in digital promotions, onsite promotional signage, WCPCCS website, and all marketing materials (including mobile app) promoting Satellite Symposia.**

Opportunity to purchase Pre and/or Post Congress eBlasts via official WCPCCS vendor to provide additional promotion to opted-in WCPCCS attendees.

- Location: Marriott Marquis Washington, DC Hotel (WCPCCS Headquarter Hotel) (150 – 200 capacity)
  - Concurrent sessions available. Monday, August 28 – Thursday, August 31, 2023 | 6:30 – 7:45 AM*
  - Sponsor/Organizer/Third Party Planner will be required to purchase and provide food & beverage and cover all costs beyond the standard room set and standard audio/visual package provided.
Lunch Symposium
- Location: Marriott Marquis Washington, DC Hotel (WCPCCS Headquarter Hotel) (150 – 200 capacity)
  - Concurrent sessions available. Monday, August 28 – Thursday, August 31, 2023 | 12:30 – 1:30 PM*
  - Sponsor/Organizer/Third Party Planner will be required to purchase and provide food & beverage and cover all costs beyond the standard room set and standard audio/visual package provided.
- Location: Walter E. Washington Convention Center (up to 75 capacity)
  - Concurrent sessions available. Monday, August 28 – Wednesday, August 30, 2023 | 12:30 – 1:30 PM*
  - Sponsor/Organizer/Third Party Planner will be required to purchase and provide food & beverage and cover all costs beyond the standard room set and standard audio/visual package provided.
- Location: Walter E. Washington Convention Center (150 – 200 capacity)
  - Concurrent sessions available. Thursday, August 31, 2023 only | 1:00 – 2:00 PM*
  - Sponsor/Organizer/Third Party Planner will be required to purchase and provide food & beverage and cover all costs beyond the standard room set and standard audio/visual package provided.
Dinner Symposium
- Location: Marriott Marquis Washington, DC Hotel (WCPCCS Headquarter Hotel) (150 – 200 capacity)
  - Concurrent sessions available. Monday, August 28 – Wednesday, August 30 | 7:00 – 9:00 PM*
    - Thursday, August 31, 2023 Dinner Symposium is not available due to WCCPCCS Gala Dinner.
  - Sponsor/Organizer/Third Party Planner will be required to purchase and provide food & beverage and cover all costs beyond the standard room set and standard audio/visual package provided.

Price: $35,000 per satellite symposia
