Registration fees include access to all meeting materials, scientific sessions, poster presentations, Welcome Reception, Exhibit Hall, sponsored presentations, morning and afternoon refreshment breaks during the scientific sessions, lunch on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.
*Each company is permitted two complimentary Exhibitors per 10' x 10' booth. Additional registrants should register at the Member/Nonmember rate. Exhibitors must pay to attend CE courses. Complete the registration form and return to SPS Headquarters for processing.
A separate registration fee must be paid to attend the Continuing Education Courses.
Once available, tickets can be purchased during your Meeting registration or added at a later date to existing registrations. You will find the option to add the ticket in the “Session” section of the registration page. Click the box next to the name of the event and continue to checkout. If you need to increase the number of tickets for the event, please do so after you add the event to the cart. You will be able to change the quantity on the Shopping Cart page before checkout. Your total will recalculate when you change the quantity.

Forms will be date-stamped as they arrive. This is your date of registration. Faxes will be accepted by SPS Headquarters only if a credit card number is clearly listed in the appropriate area.
If you must cancel your registration, all requests must be received in writing to SPS Headquarters no later than August 15. The registration fee will be refunded less a $50 processing fee.
