Western Water Project (WWP) is dedicated to raising awareness and legislating an option to bring water from the Northwest to the Southwest to relieve their demand on existing water resources. Water conservation is a good and viable option, short term. However, demand will eventually exceed supply.
WWP proposes an undersea, freshwater pipeline from the Columbia River to a point in California. As incentive, the Northwest States can form a Water Trust to control the water and even sell it.
