Enjoy quality big game hunting in Alaska on an 80ft. yacht.

What sets us apart from other guide services isn't the 30 years of experience within the same areas, nor the luxury yacht. What sets us apart is that you will not find anyone who will work as hard as we do to ensure a satisfying and successful hunting experience. We hunt as much as we can, as long as we can, and know the country and animal patterns to offer unrivaled guiding successfully and safely at it's finest.  Your success is truly our greatest reward. While there are too many variables to gaurantee 100% success, (WILD game) we can ensure we do everything we can to provide a fair chase hunt.

Brands: Taking a small number of guests on a luxury yacht in South East Alaska. We offer you our hands-on involvement utilized by first-class equipment, accommodations, and top-notch hunting concessions.

  • Interested in some hard core Ocean fishing with a group of friends or family? We have an excellent trip for you!

We offer 5 night/4day charters aboard the 80ft. Alaskan Harvest in conjunction with Outbound Alaskan Charters. This will be your anchored lodge, offering excellent fishing in the outlying areas of Sitka Alaska, with the finest fishing just minutes away from the mothership. Spend more time fishing with no competition and comfortable accommodations, with less time spent going to and from mediocre fishing grounds.  Your group of 1-10 people will fish off of 2-3,  33 ft. cabin cruisers with qualified captains who know the local waters. Both boats include heated cabins and bathrooms, with the latest safety and navigational equipment.  In late afternoon you will go back to the Mothership for an evening of relaxation with your group and fine seafood cuisine.

Alaska King & Coho Salmon fishing is nothing short of spectacular. Sitka is often referred to as Southeast Alaska’s “King Capital” for having the regions highest king catch rates year in and year out. During the summer months schools of hungry king salmon move near shore from their wintering grounds in the North Pacific. Here they feed on never ending schools of baitfish, in preparation for their eventual migration to their stream of origin. Hard fighting, tasty and in the prime of their lives, King salmon range from 15 to 65 lbs.

Yacht based Black Bear Hunt in Alaska!

On our Black Bear hunts we maintain a 95-100% success rate. With their density far surpassing any other North American population, our brown and black bears provide a wonderfully unique and exciting personal hunting experi- ence found only in Southeast Alaska’s Tongass National Forest. We base our hunts from our custom 80ft. luxury yacht with all the amenities of home. We specialize in getting you up close and personal with S.E. Alaska.

On our Black Bear hunts we maintain a 95-100% success rate. These are six day hunts and we can take up to four hunters on these hunts. We average 7 ft. with bears ranging from 6.5 ft to-7.5 ft. Some exceptional few are nearly 8ft. We hunt these trophies in the same fashion as the Brown Bear, in both the spring and fall, using the same methods and techniques based from our 80ft. yacht. Unlike the majority of other operations in S.E. Alaska who have one guide use area and are confined and limited to it and its beaches and bays. Our three Black Bear area’s encompass the majority of S.E. Alaska’s finest and most productive trophy Black Bear habitat known as Guide Use Unit 3, which includes Kuiu and Kupreanof Islands. Having three areas gives us flexibility to move around when needed. We also have the ability to use two closed old logging road systems via motorized land transportation on the two different islands. This at times is a huge advantage and can be the difference in the success of the hunt or not. Being able to use the road systems, as well as the beaches and bays, is a huge advantage to our operation. Whether using the roads, beaches, or both, each night is spent onboard our Luxury Yacht.

But what really sets us apart from other guide servicesisn’t the 30 years of experience within the same areas, nor the luxury yacht. What sets us apart is that you will not find anyone who will work as hard as we do to ensure a satisfying and successful hunting experience for you. We hunt as much as we can, as long as we can, and know the country and animals very well, to offer you experienced guiding successfully and safely at it's finest.

    HUNT DESCRIPTION

Join Parker Guide Service for a late-season, 7-Day yacht-based mountain goat hunt in Alaska’s Tongass National Forest in beautiful Southeast Alaska.

You’ll fly to Juneau (JNU) on Alaska Airlines and take a seaplane flight out to the custom built 80-foot luxury yacht which will be awaiting your arrival in the hunting area. The yacht will be anchored in a small cove in the middle of prime mountain goat country. Your experienced guide will transport you to the hunting areas each day in a 16 foot comfortable, seaworthy, aluminum boat with padded seats and backrests. After your day’s hunt, you’ll arrive back at the Yacht, the Alaskan Harvest, to enjoy delicious meals, hot showers, and warm, comfortable beds in your private stateroom and bath.

Parker Guide Service mountain goat hunts take place in November every year, when goats have the long trophy hair of 6 to 8′′ or even longer. This is what truly what makes an awesome trophy in a mountain goat. Accessibility is not a factor because of the rut and snowfall that takes place this time of year. You will not have to climb for these trophy-class goats. This is one of the most accessible and successful late season goat hunts on the market that can be enjoyed by all ability levels who would like to hunt long haired trophy Billy Goats.

Parker Guide Service is the original purveyor of the late season, November mountain goat hunts by boat in Alaska. They have been doing these hunts for 30 years, using the same goat areas. They know the hunting area extremely well, and the goat patterns and areas which they congregate. Only 12 of these once-in-a-lifetime hunts are allocated each year by the US Forest Service. The billy goats harvested average nine inches plus, varying from 8.5 to 10 inches. For 29 years, hunters have enjoyed a nearly 100% success rate with 100% opportunity on these 7-day hunts. Our past record of success speaks volumes.
