Who We Are
The Japan Federation of Miso Manufacturers Cooperatives (JFMMC) is a organization that consists of Miso producers throughout Japan.
The association was formed in 1960. As of July 2025, we are affiliated with 736 members, under 46 regional unions.
Seven Miso manufacturers will be exhibiting at booth 835.
