The Readiness and Condition (RedCon) of the fire stations through programming the administrative and field operations carried out by the fire stations on a daily basis. The system was designed and developed by the General Command of Civil Defense in the Ministry of Interior in the United Arab Emirates and applied to all Stations and holds an (3) approved intellectual property. The system allows decision makers to view the situation instantly and quickly, without the need to refer to the employees. The Axes Award : A system for excellence and recognition in firefighting Stations that was created and developed by the General Command of Civil Defense in the Ministry of Interior in the United Arab Emirates and the United Arab Emirates and was launched as an official award within the Excellence Award of His Highness the Minister of Interior. The system is considered the first of its kind in terms of evaluation methodology that depends on the capabilities of fire departments, results and impact through the matrix of indicators.
