Fair and Impartial Policing (FIP) has been training for over 10 years; we are the #1 provider of implicit-bias-awareness training for law enforcement (IBAT) in North America. In addition to training for law enforcement professionals, FIP has taken the core concepts surrounding implicit bias and developed customized curricula for a host of other entities within the public safety realm. We have developed a customized training program for Fire and EMS professionals.
