  Our Foam Line mod. FP-400 was designed for the production of discontinuous blocks of flexible or rigid polyurethane foam with different densities, characteristics and sizes. The blocks can then be cut to size for the production of mattresses, pillows and other upholstered items. The Rebonded Foam Line Mod. FA-400, the foam shredding machine Mod. SF-200 with blending and filling system complete the range of machines specific for bedding and upholstery.

  Do you want to reduce the volume of the packages and enjoy the consequent decrease in shipping costs? Our automatic flat packaging machine mod. EB-500 can compress your pillows, cushions, home textile sets, pet beds, and many other padded items, but don’t worry – the percentage of compression is adjustable to your needs if you prefer an higher or lower level of compression.
  
  ROLL
  Another alternative to decrease space is to roll pack soft items. On top of a reduction in shipping costs, with our roll packaging machine ER-500 you will be able to cut down by 15% the use of plastic compared to the other solutions in the market thanks to how accurately our technology manages the tubular and therefore the sizes of the pack.
