UT+C provides a unique one-stop solution for mattress and furniture manufacturers. At UT+C we manufacture foam, latex, springs, wire, non-woven, and covers in house, as well as finished mattresses and upholstery products.
In an effort to keep costs down, we draw our own tempered spring wire in a wide range of diameters and gauges. We produce standard 6”- 9” springs, specialty springs including mini/micro/ nano-pockets and zoned units. New In-sert technology allow UT+C to customize zoning of current units.
UT+C also produces a Foam Pocket Spring. We offer all foam coils or a combination of spring and foam that gives the comfort of foam and support of a spring. Customization of density and firmness can be offered on the foam pocket units.
