Our Knitting facility is in North Carolina; and, our Cut/Sew and Specialty Sewing facilities, warehouse, and main office are located in South Carolina. Earnhardt Manufacturing has a 70,000 square-foot knitting facility in Lumberton, NC, and 175,000+ square feet for cutting and sewing fire retardant socks and caps; and, zippered mattress covers in Roebuck, SC.
The Earnhardt Team designs and creates jersey and rib-knit Fire Retardant Socks and Caps to fit a variety of mattresses and fuel loads. The Earnhardt team members work together to manufacture custom fire retardant socks/caps that are Oeko-Tex Standard 100, Class 1 Certified, which means you can rest assured that our products have no harmful chemicals, heavy metals, halogens, etc.
We also design and produce custom zippered mattress covers and specialty project items--fire retardant and non-fire retardant--in our Specialty Sewing facility in South Carolina.
