  • ULTRASONIC MACHINE BM235R
    Ultrasonic machine to manufacture pillow inserts and cushions...

  • Directly connected to a feeder with scale BM152, this machine allows to manufacture Nonwoven, Polypropylene, Microfibre and quilted fabric pillow/cushion cases, to automatically fill them and close the open side left.

    A touch screen panel gives the possibility to define the dimensions of the cushion/pillow covers to be manufactured and the quantity of fibre to be filled in.

    The BM235 is a patented machine (EU Patent 3526157). The new version BM235/R comes with no. 4 rotating ultrasonic units that guarantee higher performance in terms of seam strength and wider range of application.
