Badge Policy

Though there isn't a limit to the number of badges you can request from a staffing standpoint, we kindly ask you to be mindful of the number of names submitted and key-in on those people who are most integral to your booth set-up and operation.  CinemaCon, in concert with its association partners at ICTA and NAC, has instituted a guest badge policy that will provide each exhibiting company up to five (5) complimentary guest badges per booth (8' x 10' or 10' x 10').  Any request above and beyond this amount will available at a cost of $75 per badge.

All staff and guest badges permit access to the Trade Show only. If you, or your guest are interested in attending any CinemaCon events or functions outside of the Trade Show, individual or group registrations can be purchased directly on the Registration page of the CinemaCon website. CinemaCon does not offer an up-charge from a Trade Show staff/guest pass to a higher registration package. All Domestic, International, or Trade Show/Seminars registration packages can be purchased at the published rate on the CinemaCon website.
