Registration & Exhibitor Badges
All staff and guest badges permit access to the Trade Show only. If you or your guest are interested in attending other events on the CinemaCon schedule, individual (or group) registrations can be purchased directly from the CinemaCon website under the Registration tab.
CinemaCon does not offer an upcharge from a Trade Show staff or guest badge to a higher registration package. Domestic, International, or Trade Show/Seminars registrations can be purchased at the published rate. Guest badges are intended for your customers in Exhibition who are not registered to attend CinemaCon. They are not intended for friends or colleagues who should otherwise pay the full Trade Show attendee rate.
Though there isn't a limit to the number of badges you can request from a staffing standpoint, we kindly ask you to be mindful of the number of names submitted and key-in on those people who are most integral to the setup and operation of your booth.
In conjunction with its association partners at the ICTA and NAC, CinemaCon has instituted a guest badge policy providing each exhibiting company up to five (5) complimentary guest badges per booth (8' x 10' or 10' x 10'). Any request above and beyond this amount will be available at a cost of $75 per badge.
