Welcome to Your Exhibitor Hub

To get started:

  1. Click the button below to enter the new Exhibitor Hub
  2. Select "Exhibitor Login"
  3. Enter your email address and select “Next”
  4. Select “Forgot Password/First Time Login”
  5. Enter email address again and select “Submit”.  A link will be sent to you to create a new, personalized password to log in to your Exhibitor Hub.

Completing Your Company Listing

  1. Navigate to the Exhibitor Profile
  2. Navigate to the “About” section, select “Edit” 
    1. Complete your company description (1,000 characters max)
    2. Select up to 10 Product Categories 
    3. Select Save after making any edits
  3. Navigate to the “Contact” section and select “Edit” 
    1. Update your company phone number, mailing address, and social media links.  
    2. Create or update a booth contact name, phone number, and email address.  This should be a sales contact customers and will be used on the CinemaCon website and mobile app.
    3. Select Save after making any edits

The deadline to create your Company Listing for the CinemaCon 2025 Mobile App is March 7, 2025.
