Welcome to the Behind the Scenes Wellness Lounge! We’re offering attendees a safe space to learn about mental and physical health through daily presentations, activities, and one-on-one consultations. Topics include mental health tools and resources, intro to Mental Health First Aid, strategies for overcoming stigma, the biology of sleep and the impacts of sleep deprivation, eating healthier on the road, staying sober at the bar, physical wellness and pain management, proper stretching techniques, yoga, and breathing and mediation. We’re also offering NARCAN Overdose Prevention Training classes. Attendees can stop by anytime to learn about the BTS Mental Health Initiative’s extensive tools and resources. Visit the BTS Holiday Boutique featuring ghostlight-themed holiday cards, portable LEDs and nightlights, and industry-themed ornaments. Join us for coffee and pastries in the mornings and on Sunday and Monday from 5-6pm for mocktails and non-alcoholic beer.
