Cookin' With T Will is a company that was established in 2004 by Turune Williams, owner and cook. He worked with various people that were able to cook various cusines from Asian dishes to French dishes. He did not call the people he worked with employees, he called him his teammates as he felt that by being in the "dirt" like his team that he would earn their respect and trust. Mr. Williams and his team felt that everyone has the ability to cook as they were novice cooks at one time. Turune did a video of one of the team members doing a curry chicken dish to show that a novice cook can make a complicated dish.
As time progress, Turune had a dream that his grandmother provided him with a recipie that would change the way meat and other things were seasoned. So he went into the kitchen and started mixing all the ingredients that his grandmother told him and when he did her sneeze, he knew he had a winner. He tried it with a 25 pound smoked turkey. The turkey, juices and bones were gone or taken in less than 40 minutes which reinforced he was on the right track. His mother and mother in law were supportive of his dream which is why he named it Three Moms' Soul Seasonings as a way to thank the for their love.
