  • Aged Mandarin Puerh (10 mini cake per box)
It is made with 2017 fermented ripe Puerh tea and 2017 aged mandarin peel which are cut by hand. The raw tea leaves are from Nannuo Mountains in Yunnan which are famous ancient tea mountains....

These special mandarins are grown in the Xin Hui area of China’s Guangdong province. The peels of these mandarins are known as “Chen Pi” (or aged peels) and are collected and aged for use as a spice and for medicinal purposes. The mandarin peels become more fragrant and flavorful as they age. The peel contains a super-flavonoid, or antioxidant, called tangeretin. Super-flavonoids have shown promise in studies as an effective way to lower cholesterol. Having healthy levels of vitamin C in your body has been tied to having healthy skin.

The bright, yet earthy flavor and texture of this tea is so extraordinary that we are frankly at a loss for words to explain and describe it. We think the best way to explain this tea is by taking a sip, and hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

All big tea leaves must be roughly processed into Maocha to ferment. The processing steps are Pan-roasting 70C (杀青)which arrests most enzyme activity in the leaf and prevents full oxidation -- Rolling (揉捻) -- Sun Drying (晒干)—Aging Processing Technique (渥堆)Which is by prolonged bacterial and fungal fermentation in a warm humid environment under controlled conditions.— Steaming and Shaping— Sun Drying(干燥)

This ripe Puerh tea has a nice fragrance and the color looks like fine wine. The texture is smoothy and the flavor is mellow, woody, honey, and earthy. Ripe Pu-erh Tea is of the utmost importance to lose weight and other great benefits for your digestive system. It is the Vintage and pretty good gift for your friends.

Yunnan Da Ye Zhong (big tea leaves) which is on the one hand the original tea plant Camellia sinensis var. assamica which carries more nutrients and flavors than small tea leaves. The tea can be brewed many times.

This black tea has been lightly rolled into long golden twists.

Its bright red liquor is clear and crystalline deploying a broad aromatic bouquet combining finesse and rusticity.

Softwood notes (spruce), rose flavor, spices and leather enhance its tasty nuances of citrus and malt. Its finish reveals delicate floral and fruity (berries) accents.
