The team at Spirit Ice Vice has one goal: to help businesses elevate their hospitality. Making clear ice can be a challenge. We have partnered with Clairty Ice who has created Craft Ice Water, an affordable packaged product that makes crystal clear ice every time. It is storable, freezes clear, and allows for the rapid creation of elegantly clear ice.

Various ways to personalize your machine allow you to make a perfect ice ball personalized to your venue.   Hand-crafted cocktails. Farm-to-table, locally sourced food. A staff that executes well. Each of these elements, once difficult to find in the hospitality industry, are becoming increasingly common. Many small diners and local mom-and-pop restaurants are adopting these practices in small ways and elevating what they serve, whether a dive bar specializing in mint juleps or a small restaurant offering gourmet desserts from a local bakery. More than exceptional food and drink is needed. What has always brought people back to their favorite hospitality venues is service. Elevated hospitality where they know they are welcome.

  From our struggles, we know that making clear ice can be a challenge. Having an outside company freeze and cut the right-sized cubes can be expensive, while doing it in-house without the right equipment can take lots of time and money for an inconsistent product. We have partnered with Clear Ice Water, an affordable packaged product that makes crystal clear ice every time. It is storable, freezes clear, and allows for the rapid creation of elegantly clear ice. We saw a need for it in the industry, and worked with experts to see if we could fill it.

• New Products Revealed at the Restaurant and Bar Expo 2023 (Mar 23, 2023)
  FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: Spirits on Ice, LLC New Products Lebanon, Ohio – March 2023 – Spirits on Ice, makers of the Spirit Ice Vice®, to show new product offerings at the Restaurant and Bar Expo 2023. In 2013, Spirits on Ice, the maker of the Spirit Ice Vice®, was founded to bring a solution to fine spirit drinkers wanting to enjoy their favorite spirit without the dilution caused by traditional ice. The Spirit Ice Vice® creates a 2 ½” ice ball to maximize chill and minimize dilution. Since the inception of the original Spirit Ice Vice®, new products have been designed, tested and proven. Here is a list of those products to be exhibited at the Restaurant and Bar Expo. • Hospitality in a Box: Spirts on Ice, LLC has created a complete package to elevate your bar program and create that unique experience for your customers. It includes the Spirit Ice Vice® in the popular copper color, a custom Ice Branding Insert of your logo, and the complete alphabet of ice branding inserts in a case. • Ice Branding Insert: The Spirit Ice Vice® has an optional insert for ice ball personalization. This insert fits into the base of the Spirit Ice Vice allowing the impression of the logo to melt into the ice ball as it is being formed. The branded portion of the ice ball becomes the lightest part which causes the logo to be visible with every sip. The person enjoying a pour of their favorite spirit, or a well-crafted cocktail will always remember where they were when they had this ice ball experience. • Alphabet Ice Branding Inserts in a Case: Just like the Ice Branding Insert, this is a complete set of the alphabet for creating the ultimate. personalized cocktail or pour for each customer. The set comes in a case with each letter nestled in custom cut foam for easy removal and replacement of each letter. • Ice Branding Stamp: An alternative option to the ice ball experience is to brand a cube with an Ice Branding Stamp. This enables high traffic bars and restaurants to provide branded ice in larger volumes. Like how wax stamps were used to seal envelopes, the ice branding stamp, made of aluminum, presses a logo into a 2” cube in about 6 seconds. • Branding Iron: Not to ignore the food side of the bar and restaurant industry, the branding iron was created. With the heated iron, the restauranteur can brand their logo into buns, steaks, or charcuterie boards to make a lasting impression on their guests. Made of stainless steel, and electropolished per industry standards, these irons are laser cut to replicate the restaurant’s logo. • Golf Ball Ice Press: Based on feedback from Golf Clubs and Courses across the United States, Spirits on Ice has created the Golf Ball Ice Press. This press will make a 2 ½” golf ball ice ball. • Diamond Ice Press: Based on customer demand, the newest creation from Spirits on Ice is the Diamond Ice Press. With the same science as used in the original Spirit Ice Vice®, this press shapes the ice into a diamond shape. • Craft Ice Water: Never serve beautiful cocktails or expensive pours over ugly ice again.
