• Northfield's engineering team has done it again! A CHUCKING SYSTEM WITH NO AIR TUBES OR HOSES (Aug 07, 2021)

  This Pressure-Lok™ air chuck is charged with air by a special handle and holds air pressure for over 3 weeks.These chucks can be mounted to rotary tables with no thru-hole, tombstones, pallets, transfer systems, etc.  The Pressure-Lok™ air chuck is useful in any machining operation that does not have access to a continuous air supply.  
  Unlike spring clamping, the chuck's grip force is infinitely adjustable by adjusting the air pressure from 5 - 80 PSI. The chuck was tested and held pressure with no drop for 3 weeks. All of Northfield's chucks can be adapted with this system.
