  • The DeHoff 1024C 6-Spindle Special is a custom-designed machine for gundrilling the axles of the new all-electric Ford F-150 pickup truck. The machine enables the Tier-1 supplier to produce lighter axles in large volumes for use in the F-150's all-wheel drive electric layout.
    The 1024C has a 1-inch (25.4 mm) drilling capacity and a 24-inch (610 mm) drilling depth. It features six drilling spindles on a single machine base, and utilizes adjustable tailstocks and hydraulic workpiece clamping. The axles are automatically loaded using a lift-and-carry material handling system.

  • The Eldorado M75-48-R1 is a single-spindle reaming machine designed for lower-volume gun barrel manufacturers. Our standard DeHoff reaming machine has two spindles, automated barrel loading, and automated tool handling. The new Eldorado reaming machine has only a single spindle and requires manual loading of the barrels and reamer tooling. This makes the Eldorado machine smaller and less expensive, which makes it perfect for low-volume barrel manufacturers.
    The Eldorado M75-48-R1 has a maximum reaming diameter of 0.75 inches (19 mm) and a maximum barrel length of 36 inches (914 mm). The machine features hardened steel box ways and hand-scraped spindle housings (versus linear guide ways and milled surfaces). This results in superior vibration damping, extended tool life, and improved surface finish.

  • The TechniDrill BTA-3A-6-48 is a deep-hole drilling machine using the BTA process (Boring & Trepanning Association).  It has applications in the aerospace, mold, and oil & gas industries.
    The BTA-3A-6-48 is a 3-axis BTA drilling machine with a 6 inch (152 mm) drilling capacity and a 48 inch (1,219 mm) drilling depth. The work table moves back and forth to provide the X-axis travel, and the drill slide moves up and down to provide Y-axis travel. The spindle motor is available with up to 75 HP.  The high-pressure coolant system has up to 200 gallons/minute of flow and up to 1,500 psi.
    TechniDrill deep hole drilling machines are designed and built in the USA.
