Trevisan Machine Tool has been manufacturing machining centers for over 50 years now. Trevisan specialized in integrated U-Axis horizontal machining centers. Their standard machining centers come equipped with 2 spindles, one for turning and one for milling/drilling. This allows you to fixture up your part and performs all milling, drilling, and turning in the same set up!
Trevisan also offers their Pick Up machine line, which an a transfer style vertical turning line that ca nmachine multiple work pieces and automatically transfer from one work station to tthe nxt. These machines were originally designed for machining flanges at a high rate but are now used for many other solutions like pump housings, impellers, and rolled ring machining.
