Nordfab Ducting manufactures Quick-Fit® clamp-together and flanged ducting for dust, mist, and smoke collection and industrial ventilation.

Quick-Fit clamp-together ducting eliminates rivets, screws, and welding, cutting installation down time by more than 45%. Because Quick-Fit is quick and easy to disassemble, relocation or clean out are fast and simple.

Clamp-together is ducting in 3” – 24” diameters. Galvanized or Stainless Steel. Larger ductwork diameters available, up to 72", with flanged connections. Construction options for metal thickness range from 22 gauge to 12 gauge, so users can choose the material thickness suited to their applications.

Customized hoods and other specialized duct fittings available.

Nordfab’s new Quick-Fit Visual® (QFV® ) is a complimentary, easy-to-use, online tool for designing ductwork installations. QFV provides automatic calculation of duct sizing, static pressure loss, and system requirements. Users can output a quotation and visual 3D plan; source and procure all components needed for the installation through QFV’s integration with Nordfab’s quoting / ordering tool; and obtain the information needed to execute the installation. In addition to the 3D floorplan image and bill of material, users can output a .dwg drawing for use with CAD tools to incorporate the duct system into other facility installation plans.

    Nordfab provides QFS™ Sealed Ducting to protect against leakage of oil mists & cutting fluids from process ventilation ducts. Quick and easy to install, QFS incorporates leak-proof seals, extra caulking, and precision manufactured QF® Ducting components....

    • Leakage of oil mists and cutting fluids from process ventilation ducts or from operating equipment can create health / safety hazards for employees and affect machinery. Nordfab provides the QFS™ Sealed Duct system to protect against leaks.

    QFS Ducting is quick and easy to install, requiring a fraction of the installation time required for many other types of ductwork. QFS incorporates leak-proof seals (QFS Gaskets and O-Rings) wherever the duct is connected (clamped together), caulking (QFS Sealant) wherever the duct seams need extra protection to prevent leakage, and Quick-Fit® Ducting components precision manufactured to tight tolerances.

    We have just re-designed our QFS gasket so it wraps snugly around the Quick-Fit® rolled edge of our clamp-together ducting for a secure fit that does not require adhesives. The new gasket is easy to apply and is non-directional, allowing fast assembly of components.

    We are also now applying a new seam caulk which offers superior performance. The new caulk is marine grade and highly resistant to UV exposure.
