Asnuntuck Community College

Asnuntuck and Tunxis Community Colleges are looking to connect with our existing partners, as well as to reach out to new Manufacturing Partners like you to help us grow our programs and continue our pipeline to your facility!
Our Manufacturing programs cover three areas: Advanced Machine Technology, Welding and Fabrication, and Manufacturing Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technology (Mechatronics and Robotics). Our Machine Technology Certificate and Associate Degree programs provide students with an advanced level of manufacturing skill sets for careers in CNC, Quality and other machining related technologies. For our Manufacturing Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technology program, including Mechatronics and Robotics, students work with machinists and designers to develop/modify products and create manufacturing systems that meet customer demands. At Asnuntuck, graduates from our programs are ready to begin a career in aerospace welding, construction welding, iron working, as well as other careers such as pipe welding and underwater welding. The Asnuntuck welding facility is the only AWS Certified Test Facility in Connecticut. American Welding Society (AWS) certification is available through our certified welding instructors. In 2016, AMTC conducted Internal Audit training for fourteen AMTC staff using the ISO 9001:2015 standard.
Thank you for your time. We look forward to speaking with you.
