Probing Option: Enables users to graphically complete the entire manufacturing cycle within the GibbsCAM programming interface. In-process probing enables users to take measurements, inspect features, and confirm the accuracy of a part without taking it off the machine, eliminating costly and time-consuming machine downtime and part scrapping that are common with manual set-ups and inspection.
Wire EDM Option: This new option is a proven, comprehensive solution for all major wire EDM machines. With a straightforward, easy-to-use interface, it provides fast and efficient programming strategies but also gives users complete control to program parts their way. The packaging includes comprehensive feature recognition, solids machining capabilities, and toolpath simulation, and post processors for all major Wire EDM machines.
Interface and Workflow Improvements: Many interface improvements have been added to reduce programming time and increase program efficiency.
