PINPOWER manufactures a custom built Vacuum Brazing System specifically designed for Diamond Tools.
The system can be utilized to successfully braze PCD, PCBN, CVD Diamond and Natural Diamond tool blanks to Tungsten Carbide
and Steel tool bodies, in a batch process with relatively short 1-2 hour cycle times. The active braze joints are typically 20-30% stronger
than typical induction brazing, and tools are pristine and require no post brazing cleanup
