Greenwood Village, CO March 9th, 2022: Scytec Consulting Incorporated DataXchange celebrates Eastec 2023 with updated features to Scytec DataXchange, a leader in smart factory technology. Scytec DataXchange is a machine monitoring communication system that offers a cloud subscription with a no-commitment month-to-month pricing option, or as an on-premise deployment. The Scytec DataXchange platform has made considerable advancements since the previous Eastec in 2021, including updated manufacturing dashboards, additional data collection protocols, and Microsoft Teams integration to provide instant alerts about machine performance. Exciting recent additions to Scytec DataXchange include browser-based Real-Time Manufacturing Dashboards as well as saved and scheduled charts that can further a more streamlined shop floor experience. Attendees at Eastec 2023 can look forward to presentations on CNC Machine Connect, one of the newest Scytec DataXchange features that integrate DataXchange into the Digital Twin standard CGTech VERICUT. As a result, CGTech VERICUT becomes infinitely more valuable by adding a robust machine monitoring solution via the CNC Machine Connect module which enhances the simulation quality. Pre-Check is an option available through CNC Machine Connect that verifies key aspects of machine setups, including NC programs, subprograms, work offsets, and cutting tool offsets to match VERICUT simulations. To ensure the program will continue to run without disruption, mismatches can be located and then corrected.
