DCM is a US private company founded in 1974, located in Winona, MN. Sales and service are handled factory direct. Customer applications are reviewed individually by experienced DCM Technical Specialists to provide creative solutions to surface grinding challenges. Services include fixturing concepts utilizing magnetism, clamping and/or vacuum chucking. Sample grinding is available on customer request to validate machine justification.

  • Other machine features and include data porting for remote access to machine operation status, servo drive cross slide for accurate repeatable positioning and multi step concentric grind capability, variable speed spindle and table, touchscreen HMI, integral two stage coolant filtration, a fully enclosed work space with three stage mist collection system and LED work light.

    Optional equipment includes discreet I/O porting connection for Robot Ready integration, control integrated coolant flow sensor, control integrated vacuum sensor for vacuum chuck fixturing, chuck maintenance tooling, and work status light.
