The show will take place from May 16th – 18th, 2023 at the Eastern States Exposition in West Springfield, Massachusetts and Cosen Saws will be located at Booth 2114.

    MH-1018JA – Manual Horizontal Scissor Style Band Saw

    Capacity: 9" x 16.5"

    The MH-1018JA is a new update on the foundational machine that has been manufactured by Cosen for over thirty years. For the shop that has a variety of multiple users and needs to cut a variety of structural or solid materials, it is the perfect manual machine. Its solid construction ensures many years of reliability and a high level of accuracy.

    C-260NC – Fully Automatic, Horizontal Scissor Style Band Saw

    Capacity: 10.2" x 11.8"

    The C-260NC provides every automatic feature needed in a scissor style band saw. It is very suitable for high production settings just like other Cosen automatic machines. The control system allows you to store 100 jobs and index up to 999". The C-260NC can help maximize your workflow efficiency due to its advanced capabilities and reliability.

    SH-500M – Semi-Automatic Horizontal Scissor Style, Mitering Band Saw

    Capacity: 11" x 19.7"

    The SH-500M is the most popular semi-automatic machine offered by Cosen. This machine can miter cut up to 60°. Whether cutting single or multiple pieces, this saw is able to meet the diverse needs of any job shop with its relatively small footprint. It has a large capacity and is easy to use making it perfect for a variety of materials and any operator.

    V-1822 – Manual Vertical Tilt-Frame Band Saw

With the growing popularity of vertical saw design, Cosen’s V-1822 takes the renown tilt frame-design and applies to a reliably constructed yet small footprint.   • V-1822 - Manual Vertical Tilt-Frame Band Saw
    Cosen’s V-1822 takes the renown tilt frame-design and applies to a reliably constructed yet small footprint. The manual saw design allows you to control the cutting angle up to 60° both ways....

    • Cosen is proud to introduce the all new V-1822 Vertical Tilt-Frame Band Saw to our extensive product line. In an ever changing and growing fabrication market, the need for cost effective cuttings solutions at different capacities and price points is evident. With vertical saw designs becoming more popular amongst fabricators, the V-1822 takes Cosen's popular tilt-frame design and applies to a rigid, yet small, footprint with an 18" x 22" capacity.

    Developed to be a more affordable option for those in non-production settings, the saw is a manual design and allows for miter cuts ranging from 0-60°, both left to right. The saw comes equipped with a 1 1/4" blade, a 5 HP blade motor, and comes standard with an adjustable 0-5° blade cant to help increase blade life and provide efficient cuts.

    • Cosen Saws MH-1018JA is a manual horizontal scissor style band saw. The MH-1018JA comes equipped with a manual vise and adjustable hydraulic down feed. It is an ideal band saw for the small to medium machine shop, maintenance shop, metal fabricating shop, school, and for limited run production work. It is a great machine for cutting square, round, and rectangular solids, as well as tubing material. Its solid construction ensures many years of reliability and accuracy at a high level of performance.

    The MH-1018JA has a round capacity of 10" and a rectangular capacity of 9" x 16.5". When the vises are adjusted to 45°, the rectangular capacity becomes 9" x 10". The saw fits a 11' x 1" x .035" blade accompanied by a 2 HP saw blade motor. Other machine features include:

    • Hydraulic cylinder plus precision ground hinge support

    • The C-260NC is one of Cosen’s most popular selling models and is considered entry level for those looking for a fully programmable automatic band saw. It comes equipped with a 1 ¼” blade and a 5 HP Motor. Classified as a horizontal scissor style, the C-260NC is a perfect saw for those working in high production settings, allowing a round capacity of 10.2” and a rectangular capacity of 10.2” x 11.8”.

    The C-260 comes equipped with Cosen’s NC-Control system which allows you to easily store up to one hundred cutting jobs, index material up to 999”, and easily control your work flow all from an easy to use HMI touchscreen display. Weighing 3,300lbs, the saw’s footprint of 85” long and 86” wide is great for small to medium size production shops and comes with a long list of optional accessories to help make your work flow more efficient!
