  • Eastec 2023, let's meet at the booth number 3157! All the Technomark’s team is excited to meet again the visitors in West Springfield
    and make them try all the machines.

    So, what to find on the booth number 3157?

    The Connect.series family has grown up, and you will discover 3 models of the Connect.series range on the booth this year! Available since May 2023 worldwide, Buddy is the lastest born on the show, with Easy and Combo. This new electromagnetic dot peen marking machine perfectly fits the industry 4.0 increasing need of mobility thanks to its remoted control with a smartphone. The application Connectapp is a combination of ergonomy and easy of use! It has been developed by Technomark and is compatible with the Android 10+ smartphone and later versions. In just a few seconds the user can set up his marking and launch it no matter where he is located thanks to the wireless communication and the autonomy of the marking head.

    Easy the handheld model with its control unit and its perimeter of use of 10 meters is still there to meet production slot needs and markings on huge parts.

    Combo is also there to answer users needs who do not want to make compromise between freedom and accuracy. By combining the handheld and the bench machine, Combo is the best way to gain versatility without neglecting performance. Connect.series, a range to meet every industrial needs!

    The Graphix.series range will also be there on the booth to show the fiber laser technology. The laser station will allow visitors to see how it works and to try its incredibly easy of use software developed by Technomark. This new intuitive software has a material database and a Smart view function thanks to the embedded camera. Lots of customization and automation possibilities will be shown (loading drawer, motorized door, extended marking area, motorized moving of the X axis, etc.). Lots of additional functions to have an optimal comfort of use.

    • Easy is a portable dot peen marking machine made of durable technical plastic and protective bumpers. It can be used to make markings such as serial numbers, time stamps or 2D codes on various materials. The wireless communication and the lithium-ion battery integrated in the head allow you to benefit from a 10m radius around the controller to make your markings in total freedom! Its multifunctional support foot guarantees stability and marking of flat and cylindrical parts.

    On the controller side, its intuitive software allows you to create marking files in a few clicks, while being connected to a network if necessary. It has a preventive maintenance module and a software suite. It has VESA 100 mountings so that it can be attached to the support of your choice, including the 3 solutions developed by Technomark.

    Easy has the Intelligent Driving Impact function which guarantees the quality of the marking regardless of the differences in level between the part and the stylus.

    2 in 1 dot peen marking machine made to cover two uses. 10 seconds to switch for a portable mode to a bench one.

    • Combo is a 2-in-1 marking machine that allows you to benefit from both a portable and benchtop machine.

    In bench top mode, the marking head is mounted on a column base to mark parts up to 290mm high. The quick shift function facilitates transitions between parts by quickly adjusting the height of the head on the column. The grooves in the base allow various workpiece holders, such as a rotary axis, to be attached.

    In portable mode, you have a 10m range to mark freely thanks to the wireless communication and the 22V lithium-ion battery integrated in the head. Its multifunctional support foot guarantees stability and marking of flat and cylindrical parts.

    On the controller side, its intuitive software allows you to make your markings in a few clicks, while being connected to a network if necessary. It has a preventive maintenance module and a software suite. Combo has Intelligent Driving Impact function to mark on uneven surfaces while maintaining quality.

    • Graphix is an all-in-one station for marking small to medium-sized parts. It uses fibre laser technology. It provides maximum safety for your operators. Its marking possibilities are multiple: alphanumeric characters, logos or Datamatrix.

    Its advantage? An intelligent software with a material database to make markings in only 2 clicks! Simply select the material of the part and the desired marking effect. This makes it possible to do away with the complicated settings required to carry out laser marking, and thus to make it accessible to everyone.

    But that's not all! Technomark has also developed a marking head with an on-board camera that allows the rendering and positioning of the marking on the screen. You no longer need to move the part to ensure that the marking is correctly positioned, it adapts to your part because everything can be controlled from the screen.

    Accessories are also available to meet all your needs: automatic door, rotating axis, side openings or smoke extractor.
