Dillon Manufacturing, Inc. manufactures a line of standard and custom workholding solutions including steel jaws, hard jaws, standard and special hard claw jaw sets for OD, ID, and bar clamping, collet pads and collet pad jaw sets, boring rings with sizes ranging from 6” diameters to 18” diameters, chuck lubrication, and more. Dillon top jaws are made from 1018 steel or 6061 aluminum (no cast aluminum), plus steel grades such as 4140, 8620, or A2 are available. Dillon produces special jaws to customer specifications.
