COR-MET® manufactures a wide selection of high alloy flux cored welding wire.   Sizes range from .035” to 3/16”.   The wires available include AISI alloy steels, nickel and cobalt base alloys.  Flux cored wire available for resistance to high temperatures, corrosion and abrasion.  Welding consumables are available to join, repair and overlay tool steels, nickel base high alloy steels, cast iron and stainless steels.

COR-MET® also manufactures shielded metal arc welding electrodes.  These complement many of the existing cored wires.  The sizes available are 3/32” to 20mm (3/4”+).

COR-MET® also processes a complete selection of solid TOOL STEEL wires and alloy steel wires that are used for TIG and MIG when the application demands a high quality wrought filler material.

    The F25 E14 is an excellant plant maintenance electrode, providing up to 130,000 psi tensile strength.  This all position electrode joins 4130, 4140, 4340, 8620, H-12, H-13, high Carbon steels, and a mulititude of Alloy and Iron base Tool Steels. A metal to metal wear, joining and build up alloy offering 25-30 HRc.  Keep this electrode in your store room as a low cost electrode for many plant maintenace applications.A $5-6 lb multi purpose electrode depending on size and quantity.

    Electrode diameter from 1/8" to 1/4" and beyond.  Packaged in 10 lb boxes and 50 lbs cartons.  Ask COR-MET about addtional Nickel,Chrome, Moly alloys with higher HRc and metal to metal wearability.
