• Advanced Tonnage Monitor w/Signature Analysis & Enveloping (Aug 16, 2018)

  HOLLAND, OHIO – Toledo Integrated Systems introduces their new ZT-SLIM Tonnage Monitor.

  The ZT-SLIM is a resolver based tonnage signature interface module that provides force measurement and signature analysis for critical force applications up to 800 spm. The ZT-SLIM unit is designed and configurable for single action, double action and servo presses.
  
  Signature analysis can be used in determining the amount of force exerted throughout the press stroke. This can be especially useful in determining if the amount of stress on the press is happening too early in the stroke. It is important to know what tonnage is being developed and where in the press stroke it occurs.

• Toledo Tonnage Monitor Phone App (Aug 16, 2018)

  HOLLAND, OHIO – Toledo Integrated Systems introduces TT ForceView, which is an Androidapp for communicating to Toledo tonnage monitors right from your smart phone.

  TT ForceView communicates via Bluetooth, with most Toledo tonnage monitors. Vital information such as peak tonnage and tonnage alarms can be viewed. Tonnage signatures can be viewed and stored for future recall and analysis. A zoom feature allows for best viewing of tonnage signatures for each channel.
